Special Adviser to the Governor on the Environment (Hon. Olusesan Ayodele Olanrewaju)
Having done business successfully for over a decade and because of his love for education Hon. Olusesan Ayodele Olanrewaju, in 1999 proceeded to Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University where he studied and bagged Advanced Diploma in Management in year 2000 and in year 2002 he was awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Management by the Senate of the same University. Hon. Olanrewaju Olusesan Ayodele capped his academic career with Masters Degree in Human Resources Management (MBA) from Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos in year 2004. 
Soon after he left College of Science &Technology, he was employed as an Account Clerk by the Central Bank of Nigeria with specific schedule in Accounting and Reconciliation. After a brief stint at the Central Bank of Nigeria, he resigned to start his business. And at a very young age, he became a successful importer of Motor Spare Parts. This afforded him the opportunity to travel to several Countries in Europe.
Two main factors informed Hon. Sesan Olanrewaju entry into politics:
1. He believes he must give back to the society as much as and even more than he was given,
2. Opinion leaders in the Community Shomolu\Bariga where he grew up, having observed his humanitarian services virtually invited him to join politics to contest the Chairmanship seat of the then Shomolu Local Government Area.
And against all odds, he won Government Council, Lagos from 1997 to 1998 under the defunct United Nigeria Congress Party (UNCP) and from 1999 to 2002 under the platform of the Alliance for Democracy (AD) respectively.
And when Bariga Local Council Development Area was carved out of Shomolu Local Government Area, the then Governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu considered Hon. Olanrewaju worthy to be appointed as the Executive Chairman of Bariga Local Council Development Area.
ACHIEVEMENTS AS COUNCIL CHAIRMAN
During his tenure as a Council Chairman, he was driven by a vision to make Shomolu "PARADISE ON EARTH", by so doing he embarked on massive road rehabilitation projects, provision of potable water and he transformed the popular "Mosquito village" of Apelehin into a neat and habitable environment.
In all 34 roads projects and 43 drainage construction were executed by the regime of Hon. Sesan Olanrewaju in Shomolu\Bariga Local Government Areas. It is noteworthy that all these projects are all verifiable and are still serving the various Communities where they were located.
Hon. Olusesan Olanrewaju, has put in many years into politics and he has displayed rare skills of commitment and devotion to his chosen avocation. He was elected twice into the office of the Executive Chairman, Shomolu Local
In further recognition of the outstanding achievements of Hon. Olusesan Olanrewaju in the provision of health facilities, the United Nations Children Fund (UNICEF) intervened directly in the provision of health facilities in the then Shomolu Local Government Area through the provision of the following health related projects:
1. Construction of Health Centres at Ladi Lak;
2. Construction of several street drains at Bariga, Ilaje.
Hon. Sesan Olanrewaju is married with children.
Permanent Secretaty (Dr. (Mrs.) Titilayo Olusolape Anibaba )
Dr. (Mrs) Titilayo Olusolape Anibaba has a distinguished record of service as a Scientist.
The story of Dr (Mrs) Anibaba is a study in determination, courage and unwavering pursuit of excellence against great odds. She stands out as a source of inspiration to the womenfolk and the Youths. 
She went ahead to study Food Science and Management after obtaining her first degree in Biochemistry which she crowned with Second Class Upper Division. What makes her story compelling is the fact that she was awarded a degree in 1993 from the University of Benin and not satisfied with that still traveled abroad to study at University of Washington, Seattle, Washington, USA, for a Post Doctorial Training.
Dr.(Mrs) Titi Anibaba was born on 3rd of August, 1952. A bonafide daughter of the soil and of EPE extraction, specifically from Idogun family. For her tertiary education she attended University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State in 1973 and obtained a B.Sc (Hons) Biochemistry with (Second Class Upper Division) she obtained an M.Sc (Food Science and Management) in 1982, from Queen Elizabeth College, University of London, England.
Her PHD degree was awarded by University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State in 1993, while University of Washington, Seattle, Washington, U.S.A awarded her a Post-Doctoral degree in 1998 under Hubert Humphry Fellowship Program U.S.A for Post Doctoral Training in Environmental Management.
She has worked in the following institutions at one time or the other. She served as a Science teacher at Government College, Ikorodu after the completion of her National Youth Corps Service in 1977.
She also worked at Federal Institute of Industrial Research, Oshodi (F.1.1.R.O) as Research Officer in 1983 and Principal Research Officer (Head of Roots & Tuber Unit) in 1987 respectively. She became the Assistant Chief Research Officer (Head of Roots & Tuber unit of FI.I.R.O) in 1993 before she transferred her services to Lagos State Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning, where she was made Chief Scientific Officer in 1994.
She became the Director of Sanitation Services of the Ministry of the Environment in Year 2001 and was elevated to the Post of Permanent Secretary, Ministry of the Environment in Year 2008.
As an outstanding Scientist and Administrator, she had attended numerous workshops and seminars to broaden her knowledge and in the course of her career delivered papers and chaired many professional Committees; she delivered a paper on the uses of composite flour by the Bakers and the Millers at a Seminar organized by the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
She is known for hard work and discipline. She is married to Engr. - Olukayode Anibaba a retired Pennanent Secretary in the Civil Service of Lagos State and the marriage has been blessed with four (4) children. She loves to read, travel and listening to good music.
